What can I Expect During a Session?

Every session is unique. There’s never a dull moment - so come with an open mind and expect the unexpected.

Just bring yourself in light and comfortable clothing - and an open mind!

Session times can vary depending on the amount of work that needs to be done. It generally tends to take approximately ONE HOUR in total. The process of the physical energy work takes approximately 45 mins. We would then usually have a discussion about anything that has come up during the session that takes around 15 mins.

Sessions can sometimes take longer (up to 90 mins in total - particularly if this is your first visit or you have significant health issues) so please be mindful and assign time for this.

If you opt for a mobile session to your home, then set aside another ten minutes to allow the setting up and packing down of the table.

It is the same for a Remote Healing Session. Again, the physical energy work from my side takes approximately 45 minutes and following that, I will be in contact with you for feedback.

Everyone experiences Pure Energy healing differently. Some people notice a lot during a session - others, very little. There’s no right or wrong way to receive. The energy works regardless of what is consciously felt.

During a session, you may become aware of physical sensations such as warmth or coolness, tingling, pressure, waves of movement, or surges of energy through specific areas of the body. Some people see colours, images, or memories. Others receive sudden insights or answers to things they’ve been quietly wondering about. And sometimes you may feel absolutely nothing - and that’s completely okay.

On a physical level, you might notice subtle bodily responses such as a pulsing neck, eye twitches, muscle jerks, digestive gurgles, or a temporary sensation of discomfort. These are common signs that your body is releasing stored energy, integrating new frequencies, or responding to subtle shifts.

Emotional releases - such as tears, yawning, laughter, burping or a deep exhale - are also very natural. These responses are part of the clearing and realignment process and are best welcomed, not suppressed.

Your sensitivity to subtle energy may influence how much you consciously experience. Those more attuned - such as healers, empaths, or intuitives - usually feel and experience a lot more during the session, but the energy works equally for everyone.

Many describe entering a deeply relaxed or even trance-like state. This is often the result of a calm setting, energetic presence, and the natural synchronisation of brainwaves, breath, and frequency that occurs during the session.

Afterwards, people commonly report feeling more peaceful, clear-headed, emotionally lighter, deeply rested, or more energised. This is often a reflection of dense or stagnant energy being released and replaced with higher, more coherent vibrations.

While Pure Energy works with precision and intelligence far beyond our conscious understanding, any feedback I offer after a session comes through the lens of my human perception. Although I may share impressions, sensations, or observations from the healing process, it’s important to understand that these are limited interpretations - not definitive truths.

The most profound shifts often occur beyond what words can capture. Trying to mentally analyse or interpret the session too much can actually limit the full unfolding of the healing. This work is not about figuring things out - it’s about allowing, receiving, and trusting the deeper intelligence that is already at play.

That said, I can offer a general overview of what took place - such as whether your system was clearing, grounding, rebalancing, or integrating energy. I may also note which areas felt like they needed attention (e.g. specific chakras, meridian lines, or energetic layers) and share general associations with those areas to support your own reflection, if helpful.

Sometimes intuitive information comes through symbolically - like emotions, images, or sensations - that may resonate with you or become clear over time. Think of it less as a diagnosis, and more as a glimpse into what your energy may be communicating in that moment.

Above all, the true healing happens in the subtle realms - well beyond anything I can fully articulate. So while feedback may offer insight, it’s the energy itself that holds the power. Trust in that - not in the words.

Prior to or after the session, you can choose to disclose any information or reasoning behind your visit. The healing is the same nevertheless, but the difference in showing transparency can assist my perspective of the healing for more informative feedback. There is always strict confidentiality on behalf of the client.

As always, it’s important to tune in and listen to your body’s needs. Rest is often the most beneficial follow-up to a session, so consider engaging in gentle, nurturing activities like walking in nature, reading, gardening, or meditation. Be sure to drink plenty of water to support your system in flushing out any released toxins. Most people report enjoying a deep, restorative sleep that night.

If this was your first session, you may feel unusually tired later that day or the following morning. This is completely normal - your energetic system has undergone significant shifts, and your body may need time to integrate the changes.

Over the next few days, give yourself some quiet space for reflection. Pay attention to any thoughts, emotions, memories, or physical sensations that arise - they may offer further insight into what was released or realigned. Subconscious processing can also occur through dreams, so you may wish to journal your experiences for deeper awareness.

The frequency of sessions is entirely individual. What feels right for you is likely exactly what you’re ready for at that point in time. You may simply be seeking a one-off session to relax and rebalance, or you may feel drawn to receive regular sessions as part of your ongoing journey of personal or spiritual growth.

Pure Energy has a cumulative effect, with each session gently peeling back layers, working within a vast and interconnected energetic matrix. Over time, this allows for deeper transformation and realignment with your highest potential.

Some people naturally clear and rebalance their systems with ease, while others may be navigating chronic illness, trauma, or long-held patterns. In cases where symptoms have been present for a long time, more sessions are often beneficial - as these imprints can be deeply embedded at a subconscious and cellular level, sometimes even within the DNA or energetic blueprint. The pace of healing also depends on your readiness and willingness to embrace transformation.

If you are new to energy healing, I often recommend a series of three consecutive sessions to allow your system to fully adjust and integrate. This approach is also supportive after a significant event such as the loss of a loved one, a relationship breakdown, or a physical injury.

Pure Energy is most powerful when used preventatively. We are all exposed to stressors - environmental, emotional, mental, and relational - that can affect our wellbeing. When left unprocessed, these can manifest as physical symptoms, emotional imbalances, or unhelpful behaviours. Regular sessions help maintain alignment, prevent energy build-up, and support long-term health, clarity, and resilience.

To set up a remote Pure Energy session, we’ll first agree on a date and time. Because Pure Energy works through the energetic field - beyond the limitations of time and space - you do not need to be physically still or focused for the healing to be effective. The energy will reach you whether you are sleeping, working, or going about your usual day.

That said, it’s recommended to rest or relax during the session time if possible, especially if you’re sensitive to subtle energy. Creating this space allows you to tune into any sensations, emotions, or insights that may arise - which can deepen your experience and understanding of the healing taking place.

I’ll send you a message at the start and end of the session. The energetic work on my end takes approximately 45 minutes. Afterwards, we can arrange a time for feedback and discussion in whatever way suits you best - whether by phone call, email, or message.

TWith a background in education - holding a Bachelor of Teaching and Learning (Primary) and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education - I have a natural connection with children and a deep understanding of their developmental and emotional needs.
I’ve worked with children across a range of areas, including:

Sessions for children 12 years and under are offered at a discounted rate. Please contact me for more information.

Children’s one-on-one sessions are naturally shorter, and most are able to lie comfortably on the therapeutic table without becoming restless. For particularly active or sensitive children, healing can also be conducted while they are asleep. Parents or caregivers are welcome to stay in the room during the session if they wish.

I believe that working with children in this way helps them gently attune to subtle energy from an early age. It opens the door to greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and an empowered sense of connection - giving them tools to positively shape their own wellbeing as they grow.
